Every couple goes through relationship problems and conflict. These challenges may be about a specific event or involve ongoing negative patterns. The stress, frustration and uncertainty that comes with these times can make it difficult for couples to work together toward a solution that is works for everyone. I help couples find these solutions by working with them collaboratively and teaching skills to learn how to become better at navigating through conflict.
I can help couples in many different areas, including:
- Better communication, understanding and problem-solving
- Increasing intimacy and closeness
- Strategies for coping with depression or anxiety disorders
- Improving relationship success
- Separation/divorce counselling
- Strategies for coping with life stressors
We will work together to find a balance between being an individual as well as the togetherness of being a couple.
